Are you ready for… COTTAGE OF DOOM? Experience the CHILLING TERROR of a forest dwelling beset by hordes of the WALKING DEAD! Attempt to stem their UNRELENTING ONSLAUGHT with nothing but a SHOTGUN and some PLANKS! Follow three characters through a CHILLING TALE of the SUPERNATURAL! You’ll laugh! You’ll cry! You’ll… DIE!
So far the pretty cool tagline of Cottage of Doom which on its own is reason enough to play the game.
Anyone with any taste at all, and therefore a fan of Night of the Living Dead, should be able to appreciate a game wherein you assume the role of someone locked in a cabin with hordes of zombies trying to enter and eat your brain.
As the tagline already suggested there is, next to the mandatory shotgun, another useful weapon in the case of a zombie outbreak and those are planks. You can break up any furniture and use the planks to repair doors and windows before they break down by the weight of zombies walking against them.
Eventually they’ll be able to enter though, their sheer number is enough to not be able to stop them. So after a while you’ll have to hide in another room and hope you can keep them out. Which, offcourse, you can’t and then you’ll just have to run outside of the cottage (of DOOM) to kill them off and eventually die by eaten brain.
In conclusion, mandatory download for any zombie fan.
